When someone opens your Fanlo link, they land on a Fanlo page that loads your content — and we capture the engagement at that moment. This is exactly how every link analytics tool works, including Bitly and others. The difference is Fanlo loads your content directly on the page so the experience feels seamless for your audience.

For each link: total opens, unique devices, return visits, mobile vs desktop breakdown, and peak opening time. Across all your links: a consolidated overview, content type performance comparison, best time to share heatmap, and AI insights on what content works best for your audience.

When someone taps your Fanlo link they land on a Fanlo page before the content loads. This happens in under a second and is invisible to your audience. At that moment we record the open, device type, and time — then your content appears immediately.

No — Fanlo shows aggregate numbers, not individual identities. You see how many people opened your link, not who they are. We never store names, phone numbers, or any personally identifiable information about your audience.

A return visit is when the same device opens your Fanlo link more than once. It is a strong signal that someone found your content genuinely interesting — they came back for another look.

When someone opens a Fanlo link we record the time of the open, the device type (mobile or desktop), and an anonymised identifier. Yes. When creating a link you can set a custom name — for example fanlo.app/my-new-video instead of a random code. Between 3 and 30 characters, using letters, numbers and hyphens.

Yes — Fanlo links work anywhere you can share a URL. WhatsApp groups, broadcast lists, Status updates, Telegram channels, SMS, email, anywhere.

Nothing at all. They tap the link exactly as they would any normal link. No app to download, no login, no extra steps. The experience is completely seamless for them.

WhatsApp generates link previews based on the page content. For most links Fanlo automatically fetches the thumbnail and title. For some platforms like Instagram that block external access, we show a clean placeholder instead. The link still works perfectly — the thumbnail is just a preview.

During beta you can create up to 10 links per day. There is no total limit — you can have as many links as you need over time.
