Using Fanlo

Fanlo is a link analytics service. You may use it to create tracked links and view engagement analytics. You must not use Fanlo to distribute spam, illegal content, or links that violate the terms of the platform they point to. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Your content

You own the links you create and the content they point to. By using Fanlo, you grant us permission to fetch metadata (title, thumbnail) from the URLs you submit solely to display previews in your dashboard and in WhatsApp link previews.

Analytics data

Fanlo collects anonymised engagement data (open time, device type, anonymised device identifier) when someone opens a link you created. This data is yours — we use it only to power your dashboard. We do not sell it or share it with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Service availability

Fanlo is provided as-is during public beta. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. Features may change, be added, or be removed. We will give reasonable notice of any significant changes that affect you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fanlo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (zero, during free beta).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or by a notice in the dashboard. Continued use of Fanlo after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
